an Francisco police today are still investigating what led to the fatal stabbing of a man early Saturday inside another man's apartment in the city's Tenderloin neighborhood. The stabbing was reported at about 1:25 a.m. Tuan Nguyen, 36, of San Francisco, was found dead of a stab wound to the chest inside an apartment in the 600 block of Ellis Street, police said. Police are still investigating the relationship between the two men and interviewing witnesses, homicide Lt. Mike Stasko said today. [1]
Police arrested Phuck Van Lee Saturday morning after he called 911 and, with his hands and clothing covered in blood, directed officers to an apartment at Ellis and Hyde streets, said San Francisco police Sgt. Wilfred Williams. [3]
The incident occurred a little before 1:30 a.m. The suspect, 42-year-old Phuck Van Lee, whose relationship to Nguyen isn't quite clear yet, was kind enough to call the police to report the stabbing. [2]
