I don’t believe in fairy tales – based on past experience, those never really worked out for me. Maybe they worked out for other girls, but not me. I will never get to rub that magic lamp, set a genie free and make a wish. I don’t have a fairy godmother that will magically appear so she can change my life. There won’t be a charming prince that pulls me up on his horse to carry me away. So, with all of this in mind, exactly, how do I explain this? How do I explain you? How do I explain the fact that the handsome prince in my life is YOU?
Do you remember when our eyes first met? That stare felt as if you were touching me – your voice sent an ultimate chill down my back. To others, you appeared to be a normal, average guy just trying to live life, but to me, you appeared to be a prince riding on a white horse. Do you remember yesterday when I told you all of those things?
I understand yesterday is gone, but tomorrow is a whole other dream. Yesterday …do you remember how I told you, you make me smile ? You still do today. I told you, you make me laugh. Okay, so let me get down to my point …
Knowing you is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I never realize how happy and complete I could be with you next to me and you don’t even need to do anything. The thought of having you by my side makes me feel safe and gives a new meaning to my mouth. When I hear your voice, it’s like music to my ears, a sweet lullaby that I will always hold dear to my heart. When I look into your eyes, I can see a brighter tomorrow. Your smile chases away all of my worries. When you hold me, you put me into a trance of sweet lullabies. When our hands touch, I know right away that you are the one I want to be with forever.
No words I write could ever truly express the happiness I am experiencing right now. I couldn’t even start to imagine how blessed I am to have you never to me. If we were living in another lifetime, I would still choose you.
I am so thankful to have you in my life. You put new meaning to my existence …meaning I didn’t think was possible. I truly believe that you and I were made for each other.
