Mississauga's Epic Gladiator Burger Makes Meals For Champions

To call these simply burgers would be an understatement.

I came into the restaurant not knowing what to expect. The main reason is seeing a picture on the internet is one thing, but then seeing it in person is another.

We thought about checking this place out and dropped by during lunch time.

A fairly new restaurant that opened up in late 2018, Gladiator Burger is located at the corner of Erin Mills Pkwy and Britannia Rd W. The location has a large parking lot so space is never an issue.

The restaurant not only has stock burgers on the menu but you can also request custom burgers of your choosing. Whether it’s adding crusted mozzarella cheese, double patties, a grilled cheese sandwich as buns; you name it!

An epic burger place would not be epic if you didn’t get to customize the order to your liking. After all, if you have a Hercules of an apatite a stock burger might not be enough. Go ahead and add toppings of your choosing. *Everything on the menu is Halal*

This right here is a beast; and I’m sure you want to know what went into this master piece. That’s two 6oz Canadian Prime Beef patties, Canadian cheddar cheese, crispy beef bacon, onion rings, crusted mozzarella cheese with tomato, lettuce, pickles, chipotle aioli and BBQ sauce. Everything stacked together in between two Grilled Cheese sandwiches as buns!

The benefit of course is you can share a burger like this between two people if you choose. But we can attest that they are much more satisfying if you have it all to yourself.

The entire order looks intimidating at first but once you bite into it you can’t stop. I loved the crispy beef bacon and the oozing cheese. Having two grilled cheese sandwiches as buns added to the flavor of the burger.
